Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

Prism World is operated by Vaishnavi1 LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Prism World, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any organization or social account you connect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, maintaining accurate information, protecting access to your devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Workspace owners control membership and roles.

3. Connected services

Prism World publishes only through accounts you authorize. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, policies, limits, reviews, and availability. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to publish there.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Prism World a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and complete your requested workflows. You represent that your content and instructions do not violate law or another person's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Prism World to publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating material; create, generate, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII); impersonate others; distribute malware; evade platform safeguards; scrape without authorization; interfere with the service; or access accounts and data you do not own or control. Prism World does not use Google APIs to create, generate, distribute, or facilitate AI NCII.

6. Scheduling and assisted content

Scheduled times are targets, not guarantees. Platform outages, review requirements, expired permissions, media processing, rate limits, or service interruptions may delay or prevent publication. You must review captions, media, disclosures, audience settings, and AI-assisted suggestions before publishing. You remain responsible for the final content.

7. Subscriptions and prices

Prism World is a digital website service; no physical product is shipped. Where paid subscriptions are available, the plan, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm Checkout. Stripe processes payments. Plan access starts after we verify your eligible trial or successful payment.

• Spark: $15 USD monthly or $150 USD annually.
• Studio: $39 USD monthly or $390 USD annually.
• Collective: $99 USD monthly or $990 USD annually.

Annual plans are billed as one yearly payment, not monthly installments. Their price equals ten monthly payments for twelve months of service: two months free compared with paying monthly. One subscription covers the workspaces you own, subject to the selected plan's limits. A planned feature or referral promotion is not an active benefit unless we explicitly make it available.

8. Seven-day free trial and renewal

Eligible new customers receive one seven-day free trial per customer account, across their workspaces. A payment card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your saved payment method is automatically charged the selected monthly or annual price. Customers who have already used a trial pay at the start of a new subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. The trial end date, renewal amount, and billing interval are shown in Checkout and your billing details. A return to the website from Checkout alone does not confirm an active subscription.

9. How to cancel

Sign in at Prism World Billing, choose Manage billing, and cancel the subscription in the Stripe customer portal. Cancel before your trial ends or next renewal to avoid the next charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of your current trial or paid period preserves access until that period ends.

If you cannot sign in or open the portal, email support@getprismworld.com for help. Disconnecting social accounts or submitting a data-deletion request does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an existing charge.

10. Refunds for unintended renewals

If your subscription renews when you did not intend to continue, a refund is available for that unintended renewal charge. Email support@getprismworld.com with your Prism World account email, the charge date, and invoice or receipt reference. Explain that the renewal was unintended. We will verify the account and charge and arrange the refund through Stripe.

Refund requests are handled by support, not automatically by the cancellation button. Refunds return to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Cancel the subscription as well to stop future renewals, or ask us for cancellation help. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.

11. Service changes and suspension

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with platform or legal requirements, or maintain the service. We may suspend access for material violations of these Terms or security risks. We will disclose any subscription price change before it applies to a future renewal, so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

12. Disclaimers

Prism World is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, guaranteed publication, audience reach, platform approval, revenue, or a particular business result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prism World and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or connected platforms. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
