Data Deletion Instructions
Use these steps to remove a connected platform authorization or request deletion of Prism World workspace data.

- Sign in to Prism World and open Channels.
- Choose the connected network and select Disconnect.
- Prism World removes the stored encrypted access and refresh tokens while preserving queued work so you can decide whether to edit or delete it.
- For additional control, revoke Prism World from the connected platform's own apps or security settings.
Request safe account deletion
Account deletion is support-assisted so Prism World can verify the owner, cancel billing when requested, remove connected credentials and media safely, and preserve only records that must be retained.
Email from the address associated with your account when possible. Include the workspace name and say whether you also want the subscription canceled.

Request complete deletion
- Email support@getprismworld.com from the address associated with your account when possible.
- State that you are requesting complete account or workspace deletion and identify the workspace.
- We will verify ownership to protect the account, remove information that is not required for legitimate retention purposes, and confirm completion by email. If you cannot access your account email, see Support.
Subscriptions and deletion
A deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription or refund a payment. First open Billing and choose Manage billing to cancel, or include a cancellation request in your support email. Read our cancellation and unintended-renewal refund policies.
What deletion covers
A complete verified request may cover profile and membership records, connected-account tokens and identifiers, drafts, campaigns, schedules, approval records, uploaded media, and related publishing history. Limited security, transaction, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Platform copies
Deleting information from Prism World does not delete posts or copies already delivered to a social platform. Manage those items directly on the relevant platform. Revoking platform access also does not automatically delete content already stored in your Prism World workspace.
